Pamela N. Buckner-Davis, has been the staff attorney of In Pro Per Document Preparation Services since 2003. However, she has worked in the legal field in various capacities for over 19 years. She is and has been a licensed California attorney since January 1997 and has actively practiced for over 11 years. She graduated from Santa Clara University, School of Law in Santa Clara, California.
She is a former Deputy Public Defender, Orange County, California, a former State Bar Prosecutor, prosecuting attorney ethical misconduct cases and a former adjunct professor at Western State University, School of Law and Platt College (now Western College) in Cerritos, California in the Paralegal Studies Department. Since 2003, she has been on the staff as a facilitator for University of Phoenix in the Criminal Justice Administration Department where she has taught the Juvenile Justice Seminar. Additionally, she is a licensed California real estate broker and licensed California tax preparer. Most recently, she taught online for Kaplan Education teaching paralegal students legal research and writing techniques.
Since January 2005, she was invited and now sits on the Board of Directors for PAPIT(People Assisting Prisoners in Transition); an organization that assists parolees in transitioning to living in society after long periods of incarceration.
Her areas of legal knowledge include criminal law, bankruptcy, all aspects of family law, civil litigation and discovery matters, business organizations and business formation, wills, trusts and small estate planning, probate and many others.
Ms. Davis believes in providing her clients with high quality of customer service and strives to make sure each client is fully satisfied. She personally handles each client matter with the utmost confidentiality and according to ethical standards.
