Do you have some legal forms that you need to complete but do not have the time or patience to research the law and complete the forms on your own?

In Pro Per offers a unique service where you can meet with an attorney who will assist you in completing the required forms.  For the reasonable fee of $75, your consultation includes:

• A meeting face to face with the attorney to review all of the documents you need to complete;
• We will provide you with all of the court required forms that need to be completed for your specific legal issue;
• The attorney will explain the area of law and answer your legal questions;
• The attorney will provide you with legal advice regarding your specific area of the law;
• The attorney will explain the different parts of the form and assist you in answering the questions necessary to complete the form;
• The attorney will explain what possible outcomes you can expect based upon the area of the law and the specific facts related to your case; and
• In Pro Per will review your final documents after completion to make sure that they comply with court requirements and are consistent with the law in that area.

This type of attorney consultation can cost any where from $250 to $500, however, In Pro Per offers this valuable service for only $75.  Additionally, if you require a courier to take the documents to court or to personally serve the documents on the opposing party, In Pro Per will coordinate these services for you as part of your $75 consultation fee.  (Please note that client must pay for all court filing fees and process service fees which are separate from the consultation fee of $75.)  

If you would like the attorney to review documents and provide legal advise regarding the documents, In Pro Per can assist you with that as well!  Our costs to review documents and conduct a one hour consultation is $150.

In Pro Per DPS knows that other paralegal or document preparation services offer free consultations, however, by law, paralegals, even certified paralegals, can not give legal advice.  In Pro Per DPS gladly provides this valuable and unique service to our clients.
