- Request for Default, Default Judgment, Application for Writ of Possesion, Writ of Possession and Sheriff's Instructions - $200
- The entire eviction process from 3 day notice, unlawful detainer complaint, request for default, writ of possession and sheriff's lock out - $500
- Obtain Money Judgment after lock out - $300
- Judgment enforcement (including writ of execution, wage garnishments, abtract of judgment, personal property liens - ask for our competitive prices on these services! Most services can be completed for as little as $100 per enforcement tool
**Please note that the landlord/property manager is required to pay all court filing fees, fees for the process server (with the exception of the 3 day notice service), pay fees to issue writs, issue abstracts, pay sheriff's fees, levying fees, etc.
Multiple evictions for property management companies - $500 for the first eviction and $350 for each eviction thereafter
For the tenant:
- Consultation on options - $75
- Respond to unlawful detainer complaint - $250
- Respond to unlawful detainer complaint - (same day service/rush) - $300

We are up to date on the laws which require specific details in the 3 day notice as well as completing the unlawful detainer paperwork in a manner so that it will be accepted by the courts. In other words, we do it right the first time so you won't expend valuable resources doing it all over again!

Effective January 1, 2007, the following are the approximate costs for the entire eviction process. Please note that from start to completion, this process can take up to one month.
In Pro Per DPS Eviction forms service fee: $500
Service of the three day notice: $125 (may vary depending upon where property is located)
Filing fee for Los Angeles County: $195
Service of the Eviction complaint by a professional process server: $125 (for two people, slightly less for one person)
Writ issuance fee to evict tenant: $15
Sheriff's fee to perform the eviction: $125 (Los Angeles County)
Filing service to take papers to the court house (2 visits) $50
Total approximate costs for landlord/property management company: $1,010.00
