In Pro Per DPS can assist you in probating a small estate and with handling small estate proceedings in which probate is not required (summary probate).  The service fee for most probate matters start at $600 for full probate proceedings and depending upon the extent of property in the estate.  (Summary Probate proceedings starting at $350).

under 250k - $320 filing fee

250k-under 500k - $385

500k-under 750k - $485

750k-under 1 million $635

In Pro Per DPS does not handle estates over 1 million dollars but will gladly refer you to a competent, professional attorney to assist you in your local area!
